Jamaica’s outsourcing industry is a large varied sector. The GSAJ’s membership currently represents a wide cross-section of entities including GSS & Non-GSS Organizations, Telecommunication Providers, Land Developers & Free Zone Operators, Educational Institutions and Financial Institutions; amongst others.

As a member of this organization, you will be contributing to the growth and development of the industry and assisting in increasing Jamaica’s competitiveness as a top ICT GSS destination.
Membership Categories
- Cluster – ICT/GSS firms or enterprises either based in, or with a significance presence in Jamaica, that are duly registered or incorporated in Jamaica under the Companies ACT.
- Corporate – companies, vendors and any related organizations involved in the provision of services to Jamaica’s outsourcing industry that are duly registered or incorporated in Jamaica under the Companies ACT.
- Associate – Government departments and local/regional/international agencies/NGOs based in Jamaica.
- Individual – Individuals who are known and respected as GSS industry leaders and have a strong desire to promote and enhance the Industry in Jamaica and are not represented in any other category of Membership.
